Flip your script into a skit.

Turning anxiety into theater

You write the story, then cast and direct actors & creators to bring them to life.

From one Producer

to your inner one

In these workshops we teach students how to write their stories, cast professional actors & creators, and direct their own three-minute skit.

What makes our storytelling workshops special, going beyond entertainment or "having fun" and into impactful therapeutic courses is they are embedded with mental health literacy & skills from the world's leading mental health professionals.

Awards, prizes and internship opportunities are presented to students who achieve dedication milestones.

After channeling your story into a Skitish, then the real journey of connecting with other likeminded souls begins. The decisions for each crossroads are up to you -- from sharing your Skitish anonymously on social to finding sponsors and venues to put on a show. Which ever path you choose, Instagram becomes optional while meaning becomes mandatory.

Combining Art & Science

Each program serves as a mental health skills & literacy building course, unlocking the therapeutic potential of theater with credible leaders from entertainment & healthcare.

Our guidelines follow evidence-based methods the science of accessing our "adaptive mode for best-self," leaving behind our "disconnected mode" and harnessing the science behind our affinities (A. Beck et al, Recovery-oriented Cogntive Therapy, 2012).

About the Director

As a Creative Executive with 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, I’ve spent the last 5 years helping set the standard for Public Health Entertainment.

As an actress (Succession, Outsourced, 90210), award-winning movie producer, immersive theater producer, my experience has spanned HBO and Comedy Central to Netflix and Audible

Some highlights include:

Co-Creator, Executive Producer & Star of Comedy Central Feature Film 'Hot Mess Holiday' (2021) landing two NAACP-nominations, making history as the first studio-backed Diwali movie addressing representation gaps in mainstream American media. Executive Produced with Kal Penn, Associate Director of White House Office of Public Engagement (2009-2011). The Giants (2021) a sumo wrestling docuseries, which received four nominations and won the Sports Industry Award in 2022 for Best Original Content Series.  Co-Producer Lemon (2017), a comedic short, premiering at Tribeca and winning "Most Watched Shorts On Amazon."  Title Fight: Between Two Worlds, Feature Documentary featuring Russell Peters and Justin Trudeau.

Today, on the Board of SoulHouse, I and a collective of world-class leaders help bridge the healthcare, education and entertainment industries. We assemble a credible team of partners for each public health production and secure grants & awards, ranging from $10,000-$250,000, to not only finance public mental health productions but evaluate their public health impact through third party research & development with academic medical centers.

My most recent Public Health Entertainment:

Co-Creator, Co-Director & Executive Producer of "Outside In" (2023), an immersive play about mental wellness developed with The Child Center of NY serving 50,000 families' mental health.

Executive Producer & Co-Director, "Fashion On Trial," an immersive, three-part, therapeutic theater series developed with New York Public Radio and The Greene Space (2024).

And over the past year, I’ve been spearheading “Skitish.”

We're showing when evidence-based mental health literacy is embedded in world-class entertainment it doesn't just engage kids. It heals them.
